I joined A & J Pharmacy in March of 2019. In my role as Director of Business Development, Senior Consultant I bring with me years of experience in the Marketing, Human Resource, Financial, Business Development and Networking to the organization. My background in Education and Business continue to play a major part in my role as Business Development Director. Adjunct Professor teaching Management at St. John Fisher University School of Pharmacy.

Before joining A&J Pharmacy I was Senior Vice President in the Security Integration Field for twenty plus years. My responsibilities and focus were to drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions. Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team. Hire and help train/coach in Sales. Continual mentorship as needed. Co-manage operations to achieve minimum inventory loss and acquire best pricing solutions. Provided leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
